Take advantage of the newly introduced Home Renovation Tax Credit (HRTC) from the 2009 Federal Budget
To stimulate economic growth, the Federal Government has introduced a temporary HRTC allowing homeowners to claim a 15% non- refundable tax credit for eligible expenditures.  This applies to expenditures greater than $1,000 and lower than $10,000, with a maximum credit of $1,350.00.
